Hi, my name is Jaspar and I took over the SAVT’s Instagram for Pets in the Park in Saskatoon. I’m excited to show you all the fun the SAVT and SVMA had at their joint booth.
My first stop was for a shower to make sure I looked fresh and fly for the day.
It was a hot day so the tents and shade were appreciated. The tents also meant people to visit with and folks to meet. Miles and friends to make!
I Sit Too! Dog Sitting not only supports our SAVT Conference but also supports my wardrobe. Many thanks for the swag – I think I look gooooood.
The thing about Pets in the Park that I really love is that I get to meet so many folks out of my species because they aren’t just cute dogs like me. I met Mr. Snake and my new friend Sandwich who is looking for a new home. We’re likely be pen pals for years!
It wasn’t just animal friends I made but there were a bunch of hooman folks that showed up that I got to meet. The RVT and DVM volunteers at the booth really make the magic happen – thanks for doing all the hard work.
It was such a fun day but so exhausting. I will sleep well tonight but I want to extend a huge thank you to the SVMA, all the volunteers, and the organizing committee of Pets in the Park Saskatoon. See you next year!
